Built in 1907, this is one of the largest Queen Anne Style houses in Newfoundland. In 1988, Sunny Cottage was recognized as a heritage structure by the Heritage Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador and won the Manning Award in 1996. Visit various rooms depicting Sunny Cottage and Harbour Breton culture and heritage. Tour guides are in period costume.
