The Bistro is a creation that came to Joan and Gary Rideout many years ago and is a natural extension of the experince now known as The Old Mill Ruins. Chef Trevor Rideout (son) maintains a healthy variety of Newfoundland cuisine with a southern flare of menu choices with very interesting appeal. Kendra Rideout (Trevor's wife) manages and hosts the front end for a truly elegant dining experience in a heritage style retrofitted dining room.
