    Sandy Cove Beach
    Located across from Elliston Municipal Park, Sandy Cove is a beautiful beach with camping facilities nearby. Just past the beach is the popular Atlantic Puffin Site, which is home to hundreds of puffins.

    Topsail Beach
    Topsail Beach features a popular day-use park area and is often utilized for performances and live entertainment. It is possible to swim in the water the waters surrouning the beach, however the water may be chilly.

    Vitters Cove Beach
    Open year-round, this beach area has extensive walking and hiking trails for all levels. Check out views of the coastline along the way.

    Pasadena Beach
    This public beach features a fresh water lake where visitors can swim, go boating on the Humber River or enjoy a walk on the beach. Food and beverage services are available.

    Cape Ray Beach
    Located in J.T. Cheeseman Provincial Park, this beach is one of the best in Newfoundland. Described as a long sandy barachois, this beach is home to sea urchin, surf clam and dog wrinkle, among other creatures. The beach is unsupervised and change house and water safety equipment can be found nearby.

    Sandy Cove
    The annual Celtic Folk festival takes place on the last weekend of every July at this scenic area, also used as a camping site. Traditional Newfoundland and Irish music is played, food and fun activities for the children are offered. Along the beach, you can reach Turpin's Trail for a great hike.
